Returns Policy
returns are eligible on new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You will receive a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks after the package has been returned to the shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (7 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Shipping is free with all Canadian orders over $50. Orders will be processed with in 24-48hrs of purchase. Customers who do not receive tracking information with in 72hrs after purchase please contact info@bertabites.ca
